RETURNS

We accept returns for any reason (Excluding Sale Items) – sizing, colour, or if you’ve simply changed your mind. All items must be returned in retail quality – unwashed, unworn, and with original tags attached. Returns must be sent back within 30 days of the package delivery date. 

To request a return, please email us at hello@ezrasatlas.com.au with your full name and order number in the email subject.

Please note, return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Ezra's Atlas is not liable for the loss or damage of items in return transit. We recommend retaining proof of postage, using a traceable delivery service and returning items in secure packaging.

EXCHANGE POLICY

An exchange is subject to product availability once the return arrives back to our studio and is processed in.

The piece you are returning must fit our quality check: All items must be returned in retail quality – unwashed, unworn, and with original tags attached.

SHIPPING POLICY

The team at Ezra's Atlas work hard to deliver orders within the given guidelines and timeframes. Peak trading times, holidays, and sale periods can impact these timeframes. We ask and appreciate your patience during these times.

DOMESTIC ORDERS - AUSTRALIA

Standard Domestic (Australia) - $10 (2-8 Business days)
Express Domestic (Australia) - $15 (1-4 Business days)

REST OF THE WORLD - INTERNATIONAL

Express New Zealand - $30

Standard New Zealand - $20

International (Rest of the World) - $35
